    Meet Jennifer Hood ―
    your playground BFF!

Hey, I’m Jennifer. For more than a decade, we have worked with literally tens of thousands of families across BC. We’ve developed curriculum, written lesson plans, and have watched thousands of children go through the same thing your child is going through right now. We’ve also developed curricula for other national and international organizations, like Gymnastics Canada and Sport for Life.

When the pandemic hit, we were no longer able to welcome families into our physical space at our sister organization, Jump Gymnastics. This presented us with the unique opportunity to package up our curriculum, experience, and ideas, and offer it to families to do in the safety of their own homes. Now we are able to support parents and kids in communities beyond our own, and we can’t wait to welcome you to our family.

This course is PERFECT for you if…

    • You the parent or caregiver of a child aged 12-24 months.

    • You’re a busy working parent who wants to maximize your limited time with your child.

    • You’re a stay at home parent, finding that the hours to nap time drag and the clock seems to be going backwards.

    • You want to invest a little of your time so that your child has the best possible environment created for them.

    • You curious about physical literacy and its importance from an early age.

    • You aren't fully confident in your child’s physical development and want to find ways to challenge them.

    • You want to learn how you can develop your child’s confidence, leadership skills, and their social, emotional, and cognitive development from the time they’re walking.
